Tim has a Master of Public Administration. He is a successful business owner and public servant. He has been on a journey of personal optimization for years and loves to share the lessons learned.

Tim has been coaching and teaching people of all ages for more than 15 years. He has all but mastered stress mitigation and wants to help all people take control of their daily lives. Tim specializes in optimal daily routines, meditation and aggressive individual growth.

Kyle is a seasoned leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning military service, public service, and first responder work. After being injured in the line of duty, he retired as a police sergeant and went on to serve as Director and President of the Outperform Life Foundation. In addition to his nonprofit leadership, Kyle owns three successful small businesses, has served in a variety of leadership roles, and has invested heavily in his professional development, earning a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. He is also the author of CIRCLE (a book about resilience and preparation) and mentors entrepreneurs through SCORE, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting small business owners.

Kyle is passionate about optimizing the human experience. He takes a personalized approach grounded in strong foundational principles, helping people identify what matters most, clarify their goals, and build a practical path forward. As a Personal Optimization Mentor, Kyle works with individuals to create meaningful, sustainable progress in the areas of life that matter most to them.
